Lorraine has more than 20 years of leadership experience, where she built a strong track record in strategy, stakeholder management and organisational delivery.
Following her public sector career, Lorraine moved into the financial services industry with Aberdeen Asset Management, where she held roles spanning Public Affairs, Distribution and Client Servicing. She played a pivotal role in the creation and management of the Key Client Programme at Aberdeen Standard Life, strengthening strategic client engagement and supporting the firm’s most important global relationships.
Her experience across government and financial services provides a unique perspective on strategy, stakeholder engagement and operational leadership. In her role as Chief of Staff, Lorraine is supporting the CEO and executive team by driving strategic priorities, improving organisation alignment and directing key initiatives across the business.
