Jayde is Chief Product Officer at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» and an experienced financial services leader, with extensive leadership expertise across transfer agency, investor services, client operations and platform development. She leads Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»â€™s product strategy and platform evolution, ensuring the technology supports the complex operational, regulatory and client servicing needs of modern asset and wealth managers.
She has significant experience running and overseeing Transfer Agency operations, with a strong track record in operational improvement, large-scale change programmes and leading large teams. Her expertise includes client onboarding and implementation, complex migration programmes, service delivery oversight and client relationship management, as well as supporting client acquisition and strategic client pitches.
Prior to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³», Jayde held senior roles including UK Service Delivery & Transfer Agency Oversight Vice President at JP Morgan Asset Management and Director – Head of Investor Services & Transfer Agency at JTC.
