Carl brings extensive experience in financial leadership and outsourced services, having previously served as CFO at Ventrica, a private equity–backed business delivering outsourced solutions to blue-chip clients.
He also held senior roles at SS&C, where he oversaw the Life, Pensions and Wealth division, leading the delivery of both BPO and ITO services to financial institutions.
A Chartered Accountant by training, Carl combines strong financial expertise with deep industry experience, enabling him to drive operational efficiency, financial discipline and strategic growth at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»â„¢.
