Andrew brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in financial services, asset, and wealth management to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» . In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Andy's focus is on end-to-end execution and strong operational governance alongside product innovation. He joins from Fidelity International, where he most recently served as Head of Global Platform Solutions Delivery, leading global operations teams of over 1,100 employees across 10 international locations. During his tenure at Fidelity, he successfully delivered large scale digital transformation, strengthened regulatory and risk frameworks, and championed inclusive, high-performing cultures.
Over the course of Cole's distinguished career, he has held senior roles at Barclays Wealth, Close Brothers, and JPMorgan, where he drove operational excellence and client-centric innovation.
